How to give your voice recording a “Pro” quality.
This question came in…
i was wondering if there are anyways i could make my vocals sound “studio quality” or a little better. thanks.
To make your vocals sound more “studio quality”, add a compressor pluggin and just use a “voice or vocal” standard setting if you haven’t used it before. This keeps your voice level and out front. You also might boost the hi end a little, and maybe the low end to make the voice sound fatter if necessary. This also depends on what you are recording…voice over or vocal. Be careful not to add too much of anything…this usually sounds better at the time you are doing it, and bad later.
